Serenity on the Shore
I was walking, or
rather, standing on the shore of a lake while Jeff was playing fetch with Miki
– throwing a branch in the lake. Altho I
do enjoy watching her and her love of the water, I was also drawn to the moving
still life on shore. The lake was
creating gentle waves as they touched the shore, and yet the reeds in the water
seemed unaffected by them. A moment of
serenity.
